Metal Stamping
MICRO is a full-service contract manufacturer of precision metal stampings and secondary assemblies. Using a combination of high-speed presses, slide-forming equipment and automated assembly equipment, we produce high-volume, high-precision, small, light-gauge products of the finest quality. In addition, we supply reeled stampings for automated assembly lines and reel-to-reel insert molding. We work in all tempers from soft to hard – in gauges from 0.002 in. to 0.100 in. – using brass, copper, phosphorous bronze, beryllium copper, stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, carbon and alloy steels, and various precious metals.
High Speed Presses
We have more than 50 metal stamping presses, up to a 220 ton, including over 30 Bruderer 30- to 60-ton high-speed presses running at speeds up to 1,200 strokes per minute. Most are equipped with the latest sensor technology. Parts are typically supplied loose or in reel-to-reel configurations.
