Brian Semcer
President
Brian Semcer is President of MICRO and a third-generation family business owner, providing strategic leadership and vision that have established the company as a global leader in contract manufacturing of precision medical components, sub-assemblies, and complete devices for minimally invasive surgical procedures. With a strong commitment to innovation and operational excellence, Brian champions a culture rooted in quality, continuous improvement, and customer partnership.
Under his leadership, MICRO has significantly expanded its high-precision manufacturing capabilities and has become a premier supplier of end-of-arm instruments for robotic-assisted surgery. Brian has also driven company-wide continuous improvement initiatives, resulting in meaningful advancements in manufacturing equipment, automation, and information technology across the organization.
Brian joined MICRO in 1993 and has progressed through numerous operational leadership roles from Production Floor Supervisor to Director of Operations, gaining comprehensive insight into all facets of the manufacturing process. During this time, he was formally trained in Lean Manufacturing and led the successful implementation of many Lean principles throughout the company. He was promoted to Vice President of Business Unit Management in 2008 and appointed President in 2011.
Brian holds a bachelor’s degree from Wittenberg University and a master’s degree in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology. He lives in Summit, New Jersey, with his wife and three children.

Steve Santoro
Executive Vice President
Steven Santoro bridges the gap between technical engineering prowess and strategic business growth. As Executive Vice President, he oversees the integration of MICRO’s engineering departments with long-term business development goals. Steven is instrumental in driving the “Design for Manufacturability” (DFM) philosophy, ensuring that complex client concepts are optimized for efficient, scalable production. His dual focus on technical innovation and market expansion is central to MICRO’s ability to solve the industry’s most difficult manufacturing challenges.

Carl Savage
Vice President, Business Management
Carl currently holds the title of Vice President, Business Management. He manages the financial responsibility for the lead frame, general stamping, tubing and implantable clips business units. He is directly responsible for the MICRO Customer Service and cost estimating teams.
Previously as Vice President of Sales and marketing, he was responsible for the revenue generation and sales for the New Jersey, Florida, Korean and Singapore operations.
During his over 28 year career at Micro, Carl has held many leadership positions at Micro which include Vice President of the Micro Medical Division from 2006-2009, Vice President of Sales and Marketing/Vice President of Asian Operations from 2004-2006 and in 1997-2004 Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining Micro, Carl worked at Summit Corporation of America as Chief Financial Officer.

Jeffrey Drews
Vice President, Finance
Jeff joined Micro in August 2014 as Vice President of Finance. Since joining, Jeff has been instrumental in restructuring company debt and managing banking relationships, negotiating real estate transactions and developing a robust and reliable forecasting process.
Prior to joining Micro, Jeff was a Senior Director of Accounting for the branded division of Mylan Pharmaceuticals joining in 2010. While at Mylan, Jeff’s responsibilities included accounting and reporting for a business unit with over $1 billion in revenue, managing various integration and restructuring actions along with coordinating activities among commercial, contracting and product management groups. Jeff also worked for Dendrite International Inc. from 2006 to 2010 managing the accounting and reporting for the US operations and in directing and managing SEC reporting.

Dom Buonocore
Dom is the Vice President of Engineering, responsible for leading Micro’s engineering and technical teams in all aspects of product realization and manufacturing from prototype and R & D through production.
Dom joined Micro in 1994 as a Manufacturing Engineer and has contributed to the organization’s success in various hands-on Engineering and Quality leadership roles over his 25+ year tenure. From 2017 – 2023, Dom served as the Vice President of Processing Operations with MTF Biologics, a worldwide leader in processing donated human tissue for transplantation. He returned to Micro in January 2024 to lead the Engineering teams.

Vicente (Bing) Manalo
Vicente Manalo is the Chief Information Officer at MICRO providing strategic oversight of information technology activities and ensure that all systems necessary to support its operations and objectives are in place. Prior to joining MICRO in 2007, Vicente served as the IT Manager at Aircast LLC.
