With more than 80 years of experience designing and building high-speed progressive stamping dies, Micro has become a recognized leader in tooling and component manufacturing. Our modern machine shops are equipped with advanced Wire EDMs, digital grinders, CNC machining centers, CNC turning centers, and more -ensuring we can meet the full spectrum of manufacturing, tooling, and component needs.
Skilled Staff & Apprentice Program
To keep pace with today’s demand for tighter tolerances and faster delivery, Micro relies on a highly skilled team of more than 25 Master Tool & Die Makers. Our legacy is built on knowledge, craftsmanship, and expertise passed down through generations—ensuring this tradition is continually refined and applied to shape the future.
Through our New Jersey Certified Apprenticeship Program, we cultivate the next generation of innovators, all while supporting customer needs for precision tooling in high-speed stamped, formed, and machined components. Specializing in carbide, ceramic, high-speed rolled steel, and sintered powdered metal, our toolmakers consistently achieve tolerances as tight as ±0.0001 inches.
Precision Specialty Tooling
Since our inception over 80 years ago we have provided custom tooling of the highest precision serving medical electronic, automotive and areospace industries.
MICRO provides specialty tooling, such as precision arbors for cutting and forming, expansion tooling and end forming tooling.
Our shop is set up to provide you with quality components with quick turnaround. Precision specialty tooling is at the heart of everything we do. At Micro, we like to say- we can make anything out of metal.
